RETURNS & REFUNDS

30 day policy, anything after 30 days will unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged. 

Exchanges will be made on our designs, anything not customized can be exchanged for product of equal value, granted we receive it back in the exact condition it arrived in.

NO REFUNDS on customized products. We will do our best to right a wrong if there is something wrong with the product but only on the following and only if you let us know before the 30 day mark:

- Issues with the manufacturing of the shirt - falling apart at the seams.

- Design misspelling (if you approved design and we messed up only. If you approved design and that's what you received then no refund or replacement)

SHIPPING & PICKUP 

Local pick-up available at 6844 Suncrest Drive in Greely. We can arrange pick-ups at two other locations, one in Barrhaven and one at Bank & Huntclub. Please wait for me to email you regarding pick-up date and time.

**EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER - THIS MEANS THERE IS A 7-10 DAY TURN AROUND BEFORE YOUR ITEMS GET PUT IN THE MAIL**  Once you receive tracking information (no tracking information on stickers, keychains - these go out regular mail) it is out of our hands. We suggest you order with ample time if you need it for a certain event.

We are a team of one. One human, with human hands and a human brain, sometimes this turn around time may be longer. 

We ship all over North America, we can't control Canada Post or the USPS so we will always do our best but sometimes delays will happen, especially while we live in this Covid world. If you need something by a specific date YOU must let us know, and we will ship another way (at an added charge) to get it there.

Custom Orders & anything needing graphic design work will take longer, and will also be dependent on your response time to emails.
